For the week of February 22, we'll remind our communities and elected officials how important public schools are as they serve 700,000 students in Oklahoma.

Sunday, February 21: Update your Facebook profile pic with the #PublicSchoolProud frame by OKPLAC found by adding a frame to your exisiting profile photo and searching with our hashtag.
Monday, February 22: Mail a card or letter with a personal story about the importance of public school to Governor Stitt, Lt. Governor Pinnell, or your legislators.
Tuesday, February 23: Wear Red for Ed and post a selfie with the hashtags #PublicSchoolProud, #RedforEd, #OklaEd.
Wednesday, February 24: Quote your kid! Ask your student their favorite thing about school and share their quote on social media. Hashtag with #PublicSchoolProud, #OklaEd, #WeChoosePublicSchool
Thursday, February 25: Share the reasons you love public school. Don't forget to hashtag!
Friday, February 26: Show your school spirit with a social media post in school colors, in front of your school, with your students, etc. Of course, hashtag it!
The legislature is in session and your advocacy is needed.
